-Osage Puppies LLC can put you on the Reservation List for a $200 
non-refundable deposit. 
-Once we have a confirmed pregnancy, we will call you and you will have 48 hours to pay $200 deposit through Zelle.  (**While this fee can be returned should your circumstances change, the fee becomes non-refundable once you have selected a puppy.**) 
-Deposits will be applied towards the final cash payment.

Osage Puppies LLC expects litters that will contain a mix of colors and gender.  We request that anyone making a reservation be flexible on these attributes - as choices will depend on the litter and your place on the list.  You can continue to defer your place in line and be placed on a future reservation list until you find the puppy you want. 

As we are not able to control the timing of heat cycles, timing of successful pregnancies and litters are not fully predictable. Osage Puppies has the right to cancel a planned breeding due to the best interest of the parents involved (the health of our parent dogs is paramount to having a litter).  In the event that a planned breeding is cancelled, clients on the reservation will be given other upcoming options.  

When clients pay a reservation list deposit, they are allowed to be on two reservation lists concurrently.  Clients will ultimately be able to choose only ONE puppy.  If the client wants two puppies, then two deposits are required.  Once the client selects a puppy, the client will be removed from the other reservation list.  Clients cannot use the second spot for a friend or family member.

Breeder will determine when the puppy selection process begins.  Clients will be notified by Osage Puppies of the selection day details.  Clients will choose in the order of the reservation list.

While we do not anticipate deviation from the process described above, Osage Puppies reserves the right to use any puppy selection process in any form or fashion without restriction.  We also reserve the right to replace clients who choose to remove themselves from the list with our own selections.

Understand that puppies can have certain common ailments upon coming home.  Urinary tract infections, parasites, ear infections and allergy issues are all common.  While Osage Puppies routinely deworm and monitor for potential UTI's and ear infections, sometimes the stress of leaving the breeder causes issue to flare up.  It will be the client's responsibility to treat and care for your new puppy once the puppy leaves Osage Puppies.

Due to safety concerns, we do not ship puppies.  Client must pick up the puppy or pay for a nanny transport.  Client will be responsible for all cost associated with picking up the puppy on pick-up day.
